Arequipa – Colca Canyon tour is one of the most famous and recommended travel in Peru.
The lucky travelers will have the opportunity to visit a destination that combines from the most imposing natural landscapes, to the beautiful and traditional villages, the tastiest dishes of the local gastronomy, thermal springs and besides being an ideal scenario for the practice of sports such as kayaking, rafting, paragliding, mountain biking or trekking.

In addition, visiting one of the deepest canyons in the world, travelers will have the opportunity to observe an authentic spectacle of nature such as the famous Condor Flight.

Arrival at the airport where our staff will be waiting to pick up the passengers and transfer them to their hotels.
In the afternoon, we will make a tour walking through the White City of Arequipa. We will start in the charming colonial neighborhood of San Lazaro.
We will walk through its picturesque streets adorned with geraniums to reach the viewpoint Carmen Alto, from where we will have an impressive Andean landscape and the three volcanoes that guard the city: Misti, Chachani and Picchu.
Arequipa is a city that contains many interesting things to do and see.
Our tour will continue through the colonial district of Yanahuara, famous for its church built following the guidelines of the Andalusian style and its viewpoint.
The next stop will be in Monastery of Santa Catalina, an impressive religious monument built with 2 types of ashlar, white and pink. Its narrow streets, squares and gardens resemble the old Andalusian quarters of cities such as Seville or Granada.
The city tour will take us to the Plaza de Armas, where we can see the Cathedral and the arches surrounding the square.
Finally we will visit the Church of the Society of Jesus, founded in the seventeenth century which highlights its cloister and the famous dome of St. Ignatius.
On the second day, we will visit the spectacular Colca Valley, with its impressive volcanic complex composed of Chachani, Misti and Picchu Picchu.
We will cross the vicuña de Pampa Cañahuas reserve, in free trekking through Andean lands.
Later we will visit some of the most typical and traditional villages of the area. On the way to our hostel we will stop for lunch.
The rest of the day the travelers will enjoy free time to rest in their hostel or visit the thermal baths of the area.
The trip starts early in the early morning, heading to the viewpoint of «Cruz del Cóndor» .
We will be waiting expectantly to observe the impressive flight of the condors, the enormous Andean birds in danger of extinction that are the symbol of the Andes Mountains.
The view allows us to fully appreciate the size of the Colca Canyon, whose depth of 4,160 meters makes it one of the deepest canyons in the world.
We will visit the village of Maca and Yanque which still preserves its colonial churches.
Lunch and in the afternoon return to Arequipa.
At a convenient time, passengers will be transferred to the airport to catch their flight.
